Billing:
Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. Concierge Ride Tennessee accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. CRTN has a 24 hour Change/Cancellation policy for sedans. SUV trips. Coaches, Mini Buses and Large Vans have a 7 Day change/cancellation policy. Failure to Change or Cancel the reservation ahead of this period may result in a charge for the full amount of the trip. Car Seats:
Booster and Car seats are not provided by our company due to insurance liability. We will hold booster and car seats until your return.
Cleaning:
Excess Cleaning & Damage If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in anyway caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean up fee is $350 up to $1250, depending on vehicle type.
Damages:
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the transportation by them or any members of their party. WE RESERVE THERIGHT TO CONTRACT A CLEANING SERVICE FOR DAMAGED VEHICLES.
Drugs & Alcohol:
Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. Alcohol may be consumed in moderation.
Lost Items:
Please secure all fragile electronic items like computers, laptops, tablets, notebooks, cell phones cameras, or other electronics. Concierge Ride Tennessee Inc nor its Drivers are responsible for broken items. The company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings. If you believe there was something left, please contact, 931-505-1152 or 615-241-3026(Luxury). If items are retrieved, we will coordinate best way to return lost item.
Miscellaneous:
All quotes are based upon availability and are subject to change, reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation has been sent via email, text or phone call. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while providing transportation and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Concierge Ride is not responsible for client error entering or relaying reservations.

Holiday & Off-Hour Surcharge
A $45 surcharge added to the base fare on transfers, will be charged to your bill on the following holidays: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Premium hourly rates may also apply on these holidays and during these off-hours times, as well as during other premium events and dates.
No Shows:
If you do not see your driver, please call our office immediately at 931-505-1152 or 615-241-3026(Luxury) to avoid the full-charge “no-show” fee. We generally include fees and recommended 20% driver gratuity in the minimum no-show fee for your convenience, however the gratuity amount is always 100% at your discretion. You may increase, decrease or have thetip removed entirely. Please advise on the gratuity you wish to pay, if any.
Passenger Behavior:
CRTN strives to provide the best service for our Middle Tennessee community. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
Passenger Conduct:
WE DO ALLOW OPEN CONTAINERS FOR DRINKING NO FOOD Concierge Ride Tennessee reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the driver feels threatened in any way. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the driver in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.
Driver Tip Policy
Driver tip is always completely at your discretion and subject to your satisfaction with the driver’s service. It is customary to pay a tip to the driver for services rendered. As a convenience to our clients, a recommended 20% tip that is paid 100% to the driver may be added to your charges, unless your corporate agreement states differently. You may increase, decrease or eliminate the tip entirely. Please let us know if you choose to pay a tip in a different manner. If you are approving an additional tip being added to the bill, please confirm via signature and/or promptly via email to conciergeridetn@gmail.com referencing your reservation, or just give us acall to adjust billing. Drivers understand that all tips must be earned by providing outstanding service to our clients and their guests, and that the actual amount received is always up to the client.
Pick Up/Drop Off Locations:
Airport Transfers
Concierge Ride Tennessee provides a flat rate for most domestic commercial airport pickups and drop-offs to or from BNA to the immediate metro Nashville area and involving most major airports. The commercial airport transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding fifteen (15) minutes. Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimated time of arrival as provided to Concierge Ride Tennessee by each respective airline’s automated system (Concierge Ride is not responsible for delays caused by the airline’s automated system or otherwise). A $10-$25 upcharge will be applied to pick up/drop off requests between the hours of 10pm-5am.
Point to Point Transfers
Concierge Ride Tennessee may provide point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop offs within the Nashville service area. Wait time beyond the fifteen (15) minute “grace” period as well as for extra stops or indirect routing are charged additional, or charges may revert to the prevailing hourly rate. Transfer rates are a function of time, distance and zone locations.
Hourly Service
Concierge Ride Tennessee provides an hourly rate for all other services based on a two (2) hour or more minimum charge. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (asparking availability allows) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged on a “garage to-garage” basis and is made a part of the respective hourly minimums. Addresses for pick up and drop off locations must be known to confirm reservations, changes in location must be updated at least 24 hours before scheduled time. Drivers will notify of any changes in location. Designated pick up locations at the airport will always be the same. There will be no pick ups at Arrivals, drivers are only allowed to meet clients in the Ground Transportation building. The Nashville Airport does not tolerate commercial vehicles meeting clients at Arrivals, company is liable to fees and suspension. Pick up/ Drop off locations and times can be adjusted if availability permits.
Seating Capacity:
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, all of our vehicles have max passengers listed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $500 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will alsobe charged to the client.A cleaning fee will apply if it is determined the client was smoking.
Trip Updates:
CRTN and drivers will track flights and notify of any delays. CRTN will make every effort topick up or substitute transportation for Delayed or Cancelled Flights. A Surcharge may be applied for certain Airport Pickups. CRTN is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. unsalted accidents, etc.). Arrival Time Concierge Ride Tennessee and its drives always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time. However road, traffic and weather conditions are oftentimes beyond the reasonable control of the company and the driver. No refunds can be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the reasonable control of the company or driver.
